AJK ki aurton ka 100 saal purana raaz. **Saman:** 1. Kachi Kairi – 2 adad, ubli hui 2. Pudina – 10 pattay 3. Bhuna Zeera – 1 chamach 4. Kala Namak – 1 chamach 5. Cheeni/Gur – 4 chamach, zaiqay ke mutabiq 6. Thanda Paani – 3 glass 7. Baraf – zaroorat ke mutabiq **Tareeqa:** 1. Ubli kairi ka gooda nikaal lo. 2. Sardi mein ye chai peene ka apna hi maza hai ☕ **Saman:**  - 2 Glass pani lo osko khob opal do taa k 2.3 cup reh jaye pani k   - 2 tsp Kashmiri tea leaves - 1/4 tsp baking soda   - 3 cup doodh - Namak hasb-e-zaiqa - Badam pista garnish ke liye **Tareeka:** 1. Pani mein chai ki patti aur baking soda daal ke 20 min pakaein 2. Jab rang dark ho jaye to doodh daal dein 3. Namak daal ke 5 min pakaein 4. Gulabi rang aa jaye to cup mein nikal lein 5.
