Peshawar ki Mashoor chicken karahi Recipe | Ghar pe Banane Ka Asaan Tarika
**Saman - 4 Logon Ke Liye:**
- Chicken: 1 kilo,
karahi cut
- Tamatar: 1/2 kilo, bareek katay huay
- Adrak Lehsan Paste: 2 baray chamach
- Hari Mirchain: 6 se 8 adad
- Sabz Dhaniya: Thora sa, kata hua
- Adrak: Bareek kati hui, garnish ke liye
- Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa
- Laal Mirch Pisi Hui: 1 chota chamach
- Haldi: 1/2 chota chamach
- Garam Masala Pissa Hua: 1 chota chamach
- Sukha Dhaniya Pissa Hua: 1 bara chamach
- Zeera Pissa Hua: 1 chota chamach
- Ghee ya Tel: 1 cup
**Banane Ka Tarika:**
**Step 1: Chicken Bhunai**
Aik karahi mein ghee garam karein. Is mein adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar 30 second bhunain. Ab chicken daal kar tez aanch par 5-7 minute tak bhunain ke is ka rang tabdeel ho jaye.
**Step 2: Masala Tayyar Karein**
Ab is mein katay huay tamatar, namak, laal mirch, haldi, pissa dhaniya aur pissa zeera daal dein. Achay se mix karein.
**Step 3: Galaein**
Karahi ko dhak dein aur halki aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakne dein. Tamatar apna pani chor dein ge aur gal kar gravy ban jayegi.
**Step 4: Bhunai Phir Se**
Ab dhakan hata dein aur aanch tez kar dein. Achay se bhunain yahan tak ke ghee alag ho jaye aur masala chicken pe charh jaye.
**Step 5: Final Touch**
Ab is mein hari mirchain, kaata hua dhaniya, aur pissa garam masala daal kar 2 minute aur pakayein.
**Step 6: Paish Karein**
